Bought coins on PVZ GW2 months ago and stll haven't received them

I've bought several coin packs (close to $100 worth) for my kid on the PS4 version of PVZ GW2 back in late March 2019. None of the coin packs I purchased, either in game or thru PSN, gave me the coin...

Thank you for this post, I'm having the same problem. The info on going to the Services List section, and looking up the REMAINING coins, that was a huge help in figuring out what's going on. I'm going to have to call them I guess. Thanks for posting!

@Stelbert_Stylton Thanks for letting me know! I just stumbled upon that; I had no idea that Services List was there. It's very telling!! Best of luck to you.
