cannot find my deluxe edition for plants vs zombies 2

Go into the backyard in game, go to the mailbox and tab over the deluxe msg, then go to the card pack store and get your "Gifts" open the packs there and you are done

Having same issue.  Deluxe pack not in the mail box despite entering code.  Have tried several times, game says code has been used, but not seeing the deluxe items showing up.
