Can't connect to EA servers for Plants vs Zombies GW2

i can't connect to the EA servers?

We have 2 xbox's in the same room on the same connection, never had any issues. The other Xbox can connect under my boyfriends gamertage and he can play fine, I then try and load up on my gamertag on my Xbox, and I can't connect and told to check my connection, yet we're on the same connection?

I've cleared my Cache
Hard reset my Xbox many times
reset my internet router many times

We tried logging us both on my xbox, connecting us both to the server, his loaded fine, but when it came to me joining on split screen it still comes up unable to connect to ea server. Can anyone help? getting very frustrated I can't even play the game at all.

    Solved it. Restart your ps4 and then under "System" go to "Account Management" and click "Restore Licenses" and click OK. Good luck!

    Can’t be solved if she’s playing an Xbox and not a ps4

    Hey all, any issues connecting to the game should be sorted now.The studio were able to do a little work on their end to ensure that no one should have any issues connecting. 

    If you continue to be unable to connect then please let me know and also try the connection troubleshooting steps: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/faq/connection-troubleshooting-basic/

    If you continue to see the issue after completing troubleshooting and opening ports, please run a UO trace to check your connection.

    We have exact same issue, can't get passed the initial llading screen. We have two Xbox's and my son's account logs in fine. We are able to use my gamertag to connect to EA servers with Star Wars Battlefront 2 just fine. We have not been able to play under my gamer tag, we missing festivus! What do i do?

    @Oh_Uppity I had a look at your account, the main gamertag does not have Xbox Live on it and is a Silver account. If you have Gold on another account then please ensure that you have that one set as your primary account.

    My account is actually Panda1117. I have xbox live gold. Gor some reason my nephews gamertag came up in this forum. Still can't figure it out.
    Ever since we bought the Dr Zomboss frozen upgrade pack we have not been able to get passed the initial load screen. My son's account CHSTRCHMPSYETIS, (which is a tribute to Chester Chomper in PVZ GW1) can play online fine. My wife and I have been playing SW Battlefront 2 online fine. I cant figure it out.
