Dear EA, will you fix PvZ's problem or not?

A lot of people having connection issues from different countries. We all wants to play it again! GW 1, GW 2, BfN... Why if you are own PopCap and PvZ, why you do nothing with this problem? And even no where any news about this problem? Why its so silent from you?? Do you really buried PvZ down? Is it the end for us? What about newbies who just bought the game and they see it?? EA, its awful <:( Here never was that big problem... That it continues for a days!

    "I’m having the same problem (or almost the same problem). The issue is that when it tries to connect to the EA servers it can’t load my save, and if I continue anyway, it goes back to the sunflower mission at the beginning of the game. This is happening on both PC and consoles.

    yes, one my friend from Asia region told me the same about GW2.. :( i had it once a long time ago

    Can confirm In the Netherlands we cannot connect to EA Servers for Pvz:BfN on ps5 anyone else?

    PS5 on US servers, BFN cannot connect for the past 24 hours. Is this the only way we can complain?

    I am experiencing the same issue on Xbox in Europe too, both GW and GW2. .... yesterday played just fine though... 
    Now "Failed to retrieve your saved data! " 😭

    same here in UK. Can't log on with my account or my son's. tried everything, no change.

    "You have been disconnected from the PlaystationTMNetwork and the EA Servers. You will be unable to access any online features until you sign in. Please check your network connection and try again later. See ea.com/unable-to-connect for additional information"

    problem is definitely not at my side.
