[EA app] PVZ GW2 Crashing after splash screen

every single time I tried running as an administrator and I talked to support it didn't help me it told me to clear ea app cache but it didn't work when it crashes it sends me back to ea app

    sorry for taking a long time I didn't see it what I did is turning ea overlay off and turn off update games automatically and enable background downloads and then turning them on expect the ea overlay and it worked you can then enable ea overlay if you want

Can you attach a DxDiag?

Also, look at your Reliability monitor:

  • Press the Windows key and "R" at the same time.
  • Copy and paste "perfmon /rel" (without the quotes) in the new Window > hit “ENTER”
  • Look if it has entries for the game executable or EA app. > If yes double click at the last entry for the game executable or EA app, copy the info, and save it to a text file
