Engineer should get XP for teammates using the speed pad

Basically what the title says. Rose gets XP for her enigma speeding up teammates but Engineer does not. Admittedly, it's a minor amount of XP, but it would make sense for it to apply to the Double Ti...

I’d like to know what use it has outside of Turf Takeover.

....mmmmmaybe it makes sense for Gnome Bomb.

TT mostly, yeah. Gnome Bomb too, but much harder to place it well in that environment.
