Same problem on Xbox One. Happening on both mine and my Mrs accounts. Tried both hard resets (holding power button in & unplugging the power) and still nothing.

- I'm having same problem, I cleared system cache, nothing, tried resetting xbox and that didn't help either. So I checked for a system save file and it don't exist. I'm not sure of the problem but its getting annoying resetting all my characters every game. BTW I'm on XB 360
