Failed to retrieve your saved data

When I launched the game, It says failed to retrieve your save data. I tried again at a different time. Still happens, launched up GW1, still happens (also happened in GW1). Is there anything I can do to fix this issue? I've been having it for months.

    That's generally a server-to-game communication problem and there isn't much that you can do on your end except to shut down the game and try again at a later time
