I think you're able to adjust POV on PC but not on console.
Another issue with it's exclusion is how some characters just aren't optimized for it like Snapdragon who takes up too much of the left side of the screen especially when aiming.

@Fork_x_Spoon Also citron, after coming off of sprint jump to fire, citron is blocking where you are aiming so youre basically blind. It's really frustrating.
