What is the solution to this? I am unable to launch the game due to this very same issue on my windows 11 desktop computer. I have un-installed and re-installed the game. I have tried repairing but every time I try to play the game it comes up with the very same screenshots as shown in the first post. As it mentions Origin (as shown in the screenshots) and I am not on Origin but the EA app, is that causing the problem? Has the game not been updated when the EA app has done updates? Why can't someone from EA help with this problem and show a solution? I have had hours of fun playing this game and now can no longer play it!
After doing some looking around for a solution on here, I found that by deleting this folder (see below) my game now runs. I found this information on a previous post
C:\ProgramData\Electronic Arts\EA Services\License\71592.dlf

I just wanted to say this in case someone else stumbles upon this thread with the same issue, PrincessrozeeS solution worked for me today! Just copied the full path into the address bar and hit delete, problem solved!
