Dang bro, I feel so bad for you. I also want to mention that I don't think there's a dedicated support team for PvZ anymore. I honestly think its just forums and discord servers if you want to get game specific help. There's obviously a community manager and those people, but if your account gets hacked I'm pretty sure you have to go through EA help. But I don't really pay attention to the news for PvZ, so maybe my info isn't very helpful.
