I'm stuck on the mini-boss of this same mission. I recommend a Professor Brainstorm deck, if you have him. A LOT of Rocket Science, A LOT of Exploding Imps, A LOT of high-strength zombies in general, ect. The purpose of this deck style is to destroy all of Green Shadow's powered-up plants with Rocket Science, and then hit as hard as possible with high-strength zombies to defeat Green Shadow before she starts busting out the Threepeaters. It's basically an Aggro/Semi-Control deck.
If you don't have Brainstorm, then Impfinity is the second best option. You want to use his Crazy class to hit as hard as possible early on, but you want to use the deadly in his Sneaky class to trade with Green Shadow's powered-up plants.
If you don't have EITHER of those heroes, then my last recommendation is Super Brainz. You use Deadly AND Rocket Science to destroy the powerful plants, and use Lurch for Lunch/Gadget Scientist + Copter Commando to hit hard in the later game.
Hope this helps.

Thanks for this! I don't have Professor Brainstorm and I'd really like to avoid spending any more money to get him (part of the reason the PvZ guys make it so difficult is that we spend money getting upgrades and that just annoys me). I've got close with Impfinity but still no dice. Green Shadow always seems to pull just the right card out of the bag when I'm ahead and no matter what I do, I lose. It's been a long time since I've been this frustrated or annoyed at a game. I don't want to give up but the motivation is getting low!
