How do I trade stars for rainbow stars when townhall is closed

How do I trade stars now if the townhall is closed and no event sched is shown??

    @BiriBireethe Town Hall would re-open on 2nd June Tuesday 2020, and would stay opened for the next two weeks, so for now you have to wait till Tuesday

You can glitch into there with a all star. Look up a video on YouTube on how to do it.

Yeah there a re a few ways to glitch into town hall, I believe. Can you interact with what's inside?
