just to confirm: Both Xbox gamertags are tied to the same EA Account and you want to transfer one of them over to a different EA Account? In that case you would have to contact our Customer Service so we can move the persona in question to another EA account. As far as I know the online progress for all EA games on the persona that moves will be lost but this will be explained to you in more detail by one of our Agents.
