Please put out the packs permanently or more often. The player base in Facebook groups desperately wants these characters. I’m sure it will support you all too if they’re permanently available through packs because people will pay money for gems to buy the packs.
I agree with this. I was able to pick up Beta-Carrotina a while ago, but I have never seen Huge Giganticus appear during my time playing PvZ Heroes, which is at least 3 years. I would really like to see these heroes more often.
I have been waiting over 2 years for the last hero I am missing, HG. Beta carrotina has come out 3 times since the last time, it has taken so long I have earned 30k+ gems from pretty much just getting to ultimate league every season and then not playing until the next season (although I was buying x10 packs whenever I hit 11k gems)..
Very hopefully soon! I have played this game almost every day for around 3 years and have not seen Huge-Giganticus as of yet. He is the last hero I need and would really like to obtain him for completeness. I have more Cards to aim for, but I have been saving my Gems in hope that Huge-Giganticus will appear very soon and I will be able to easily buy him as soon as he appears.
Drives me nuts playing against when I don't have that character. Also, I've seen players have HG but have been playing for less time than myself and I can't figure out how they have that character...???

How everybody know These Two Heroes aren't available for any normal method, the most Perfect thing to fix this would be Adding those heroes in The Galactic Gardens Pack with a 3% Chance to get, like all the other heroes in the Normal Premium Packs
Would Be Nice if this Can Happend Now, because most people wants those heroes and they can't get them

Wait can't you get those heros normally through packs anyway?
(You can't buy the heros, so I assumed it was through rolling in packs, I don't know that much about them)
I'm pretty sure that you can still get them through premium packs (normal packs that have like a 1.1% chance of having a hero) I think?
I don't know...
I'm also raving to get Huge giganticus, his environments are such game changers.
