Info gathering: BfN Invisible Characters

Hi, we're tracking an issue where some players are spawning into the game while invisible, and are unable to perform actions.  If you're affected by this can we gather the following info? What ...

@EA_David PS4, Bought some capsules and headed over to changing both. Placed a hat on my cactus, (witch hat from orbs) and all my characters visuals disappeared. I tried to spawn in but my character was invisible and I had to close the application and restart to fix it. Hope this helps. 🤙

    Still cannot see my char on the main log in screen. Have tried for 2 hours to log in numerous times and it won't show my char.
