[INFORMATION REQUEST] - Character Weapons Not Unlocking For Some Users - Please post here!

I tried that for the Peashooter class as my level 4 has the Bean and Gatling gun unlocked. I used the skip card on the hyper challenge since I could not use that ability. This is for xbox one ans I tried the other request as well to no avail. Gamertag is Zoloft User on Xbox one.
