Invisible characters

In what game mode did the bug occur? Every gamemode and also giddy park
Summarize your bug When I first open the game I either spawn invisible and not being able to move (happens with every character) or When I get a hat from anywhere and I go in to change my character to equip it.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Just by playing the game.
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
TT yesterday invisible peashooter got me. Xbox One. Able to perform actions because it vanquished me. All I saw on the kill cam was a vague dust trail running away.
This is still happening to this day. All characters invisible. My abilities were greyed out. In this instance, I was playing multiplayer. But it happens in Single Player as well. Game sound also goes.
