Is the rose underpowered?
I have been trying to use the rose but it's not working out for me. Is it under powered or am I just bad at playing it? The nerf changed it all.....

Are you familiar with how her homing works? If your reticle isn't red while aiming at an opponent then your shot will not follow them. Mid range is best for her. Farther than that and she will not have a homing shot. If you can't get the reticle to turn red at all than try restarting the game, that's been known to happen.
