No. And No, not without everyone sitting down like grown-ups and discussing it in a perfectly rational and reasonable way, taking into account the people who farmed for it, the people who farmed for it and didn't get it, their feelings involving how people who didn't farm for it shouldn't deserve it and the logical conclusion that the ability to grind for it in the first game should always be open.
