Keep getting kicked

Does anyone else seem to get kicked out of games for seemingly no reason a whole lot since the update? I play split screen with my wife, and we are having a hard time even finishing a game at the mom...

    Hey @Twitch142

    Thanks for the information you've provided.

    Here are some steps you can try: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/console/connection-troubleshooting-advanced-xbox/

    You can also try clearing your MAC Address, and doing a hard reset on your Console.

    Go to Settings, Network, Advanced Settings, Alternate MAC Address, and Clear. Then fully turn off your Console for 30 seconds or so and turn it back on.

    Let us know if you're still experiencing this issue.
