Kernel Corn and the Foot Soldier need 1-2 more damage and 25 more hit points to be competitive in the current environment. Both can do well but are weak in comparison to others.

@FootSoldier9908 They are completely fine now, with the right upgrades. I think they need (like every character in the game btw) damage drop-off in their primaries.
