same thing happened to me how can i get in contact too
https://help.ea.com/en/ea-account/ , then scroll down to the bottom and click the text that says "Contact us."
it will then open a window in the bottom right of your screen if you are doing this on a PC setup, and it will fill your screen if your on mobile.
