There are always a couple character variants available on what is called "hero showcase," for a week at a time.  Or he may also have been playing variants that are only available to everybody in a mode called the "mystery portal," which let players who do not have a particular character variant play them in that limited time event.

I purchased a piece for the iron citron from rux for a million coins and it was my second piece for it and it did not give it to me I would like a refund for the coins please Thank you very much for understanding my problem
