Yeaah... I don't think so. Making the zombie tricks cost more is actually better than the card being untrickable. If you want it to be untrickable just place an Umbrella Leaf near it.
At least when Walnut Bowling beats you, it does it in one turn. There shouldn’t be a card that makes the game unplayable.

@puntwothree You clearly don't know me man xD
Yes, I play zombies. I am a zombie player with lots of experience. (Reached Ultimate League in all seasons minus the first one with Rustbolt).
And yes, I have beaten Dragonfruits.
Is not an easy task (like when your opponent plays Cornucopia and summons 4 more plants), but is definitively possible. BUUUUUUUUUT, if your deck is only filled with aggro cards, yeah... you are really not going to have a good time.
- 8 years agoDragonfruit makes Brainana look like a bad card, and both come in the same class at the same rarity.
I maintain Brainana should be the card to nuke tricks. Dragonfruit doing it indefinitely (with a stackable effect...) is not in the spirit of the anything.
Making it untrickable in compensation would be perfectly OK.- 8 years ago
The real question here is not if EA CAN do the change... (because they obviously can) but rather WHY would they do the change?
We already got an Untrickable legendary card. Changing Dragonfruit to be exactly like it just makes no sense.
If the card was abosutely devastating and dominated 99.999999999% of the games, don't you think that EA would have nerfed it when this new set came out?
I mean, Stompadon has only been around for 1 Set (what was that? Like... 4 months?) and he got nerfed instantly. (And Escape Through time and Quickman and Medulla and Fossilhead...)
Dragonfruit has been around for double that time, and it hasn't been touched.
Want to hear the reason?
Because it doesn't need a nerf.
(nor a change)
