Does anyone have trouble in game, where your mic appears to be on? but you have set the settings to off or push to talk? I disabled my mics and still nothing, it still shows up as if i'm using it or pushing the button, anyone else? not sure if its a bug

This happens to me as well sometimes, even though I have VOIP turned off as well.
Did you check your Audio Settings in Origin as well, and make sure you have VOIP turned off, or the volume turned all the way down?
Go to Origin, Application Settings, More, and Origin in-game.

well none of that stuff worked sadly. still my name pops up even when my mic is disabled.
