Nintendo Switch cannot link EA Account error

Hi I just got the game on Switch but when I link my EA account to Switch I get an error saying :
Something went wrong: We encountered an error and cannot complete your request. Please try again later

I tried 5 times!

    Hi @Keigee Can we start by trying the following?

    Clear Cache: 

    1. Open System Settings on the HOME Menu 

    2. Then select System ⇒ Formatting Options ⇒ Clear Cache. 

    3. Select the user you'd like to clear the cache for, then follow the on-screen instructions. 

     

    Data Corruption: 

    1. Open the System Settings from the Home menu 

    2. Go to Manage Software and select Apex Legends 

    3. Choose Check for Corrupt Data 

    4. Choose Redownload if it finds any corrupt data

    SOLUTION FOR SWITCH AND SWITCH LITE EA LOGIN!

    After your email either is pre-loaded or you type it in:

    Simply use the joystick to move the red box to the next button.  And press A.

    @EA_Illium Hi, I also need help regarding this topic. I cannot log in to my EA Account in Switch while i want to play FC25 with my EA Account. It said that my account has been logged in in another EA Account. Yes, I have previously used this EA Account for another Nintendo Account but I have stopped connecting my EA Account to the specific old account. But still I get this error. I also already cleared my cache for both my current and old account. Please help.
