No ads pack not working.

I purchased the “no ads pack” yesterday and it worked fine right after the purchase. But today it’s not working anymore. I lost a game and had to watch an ad. Then i went to my zen garden and when clicked to go back to the menu, it did the same thing: had to watch another ad. 

This is ridiculous. Tell me, why am I spending real money on this game to improve my experience if it just doesn’t work?

 If this is not corrected, I will never spend money or play it again. Why is this very lucrative enterprise not doing their best for customers to stay in their games as long as possible?
