Unfortunately, this situation has persisted for two, maybe three years now. EA isn't doing a good job, and frankly, they don't care about it, and they don't care about us, the average gamers. What kind of company doesn't control its resources (servers) or the environment on them? It seems they're amateurs who can't maintain the basic conditions for playing the game we paid for. We should file a class action lawsuit against EA!
