- ApprovedAnonymous9 years agoThere is only a chance to get a key from the 50 star chest. There is a 25% chance that you'll just get a customization item instead.

I opened up all the chest and I didn't get a single key GT: GorillaNinja871
Two friends of mine didn't get any key, although all three Mystic Events....
I know its random and you have a 75% Chance to get a key, but I got three keys so far. I do always the same...mabye it could help:
Collect first ~40 Stars. Now open first the 10 Rainbow Stars Chests, then the 30.
Go to the automats an open the giftpacks . After that, I play some new rounds to collect new Rainbow Stars.
A day after, I opened the last Chest and open the giftpack...
- The Red Chest which costs 50 Rainbow Stars is the only one which has a chance to drop a Trial Key. Popcap has said that the drop rate for a key is 75%, but they didn't say if that is a flat 75% chance overall or if each of the three dropped stickers each has a 75% chance.
In any event the random chance means that there's a bunch of players who don't get a key during any given Mystery Portal event and the smaller number of people who are super unlucky still don't have even a single key after 3 weeks while others have received one every week and and could be finishing the Trials this week. I've now had 1 key from 4 events. Good going EA. 75% chance huh? It isn't just the inconvenience that it will take months to finish all the trials at this rate, it's all the extra grinding just to earn the stars to then open the chest and realize, "Oh, no key, again. Shocker."
I have opened all chests every weekend they have had it, and have only gotten the yellow Key. I feel like I am doing something wrong. How can everyone else be getting keys and I have had 1 key and 3 no keys?!
I am in the same boat 1 in 4
