Over 200 free gems per day! But lower legendary rate in packs! WTF?!

I opened a 10+1 pack before the update and got no legendaries, no heroes, and 3 super-rares.  I don't think it's fair to assume that the legendary rate dropped just because you opened a single bundle and got no legendaries, as it is actually quite common for this to happen.  I know 3-5 people that did what I did before the update and got 0 legendaries.

Buy the heroes 1 by 1, in my store right now there are two available for 750each, brain freeze and night cap.

I've opened bundles and individual packs and I never got any heroe. I got already 8 extra, all bough for 750 when they were available

where do you go to watch said adds?

also, I like how they reworked the amount of gems needed to unlock event cards. More manageable now.

There is a button on the up right position saying free gems.

Event cards system does improve a lot!

Yes, you are right. But I did get 4 heroes out of the normal 100 gem packs.

Today I played enough ranking matches and watched another 20+ ads to get another 1000 gems. I opened another 11 packs. This time I finally get one three-headed chomper. 

I dont see the free gem button anywhere, is this a new thing or has it always been there? You on ios or android?

If you hadn't noticed before, legendaries are only guaranteed in the 2,000 and 5,000 gem bundles for packs, which is an improvement from when they used to be only a super-rare guranteed and I had at least one 2,000 bundle give me no legendaries during that time.

You just got some bad luck with your 1,000 gem bundle this go around.

Could be bud luck, but truth is I opened myself two 2000 gems pack (one 20+6 during offer) and I didn't get any heroes. I got few of the worst legendaries (I got 3 dandy lion king) but no cornucopia/zuchinni/octo zombie/zombot 1000/wallnut bowling/triskster/wannabe hero or anything cool. With super-rare I got decent ones but I skipped the best (teleport/valkiria/maniacal laugh).

For 4k gems you can buy 7 heroes (5 with 3750gems, and 2 more with the gems from their hero quests).

With the current two that are on sale I boutgh 9 from the store at 750gems. Last one  Brain freeze, I didn't know was so easy to win with him. With the mascots deck you can win by turn6, I even won by turn4 a couple of times.

I think you are right. Well, it is always good to have more free gems! So I just keep watching ads and buy more packs.
