My PVZGW2 wont open, after i click "Launch" on steam it shows me the normal pvzgw2 screan but when it comes to the popcap/ea loading screan it just turns off, ive tryed reinstaling the game, reinstaling ea, fixing ea,opening thrue steam and ea, restarting and hard restarting my pc.. But nothing seams to work ive previosly uninstaled the CryptBate.dll file so idk if thats the issue but the file doesnt even reinstal itself anymore when i try to open the game it just compleastly crashes. If anyone has any solution please help me ASAP!!
Under i have put in a ss of the last screan i see before the game cloasing or crashing i donno

Hey, Folks
If you are running into issues with GW2 and the Anticheat, please read the below information. If you are running into any other issues not relating to GW2 and Anticheat please post on the relative threads so we can track accordingly.
If you continue to run into errors, please follow the steps below. Once those steps are performed, and you continue to have the same or similar issues with Anticheat, please gather the requested information and reply to the thread so we can have the issues looked into.
Note: please refrain from replying with "me too". This delays having the threads escalated as we have to request the information from players and need the below before we can do so.
Troubleshooting steps:
- EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)
- EA App - Repair (My Collection > Tile Dots > Repair)
- Steam - Verify in your library
- Follow the Anticheat troubleshooting guide
- Head into Task Manager, and close down EA_backgroundservices - Once the task is ended, launch the game again.
- Full uninstall and reinstall of both the game and Anticheat

- Attach the EA App Error Report ID Here
- The EA app logs can be found in C:\ProgramData\EA Desktop\Logs & C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Local\Electronic Arts\EA Desktop\Logs

- Are you using an internal or external drive?
- Are you using an HDD or SSD?
- Date this issue started (is it still happening?)
- Any other errors?
- If possible, share a Screenshot or Clip:
