2 years ago@Unify2456 Thank you. Will take a look at the file but I can see that the system does have an Intel GPU as well as an RTX 4050 Laptop GPU. Typically a black screen like that indicates the system is trying to use the dedicated GPU, not the RTX GPU.
Try first changing the dedicated GPU and see if that works
- Right-click on the desktop
- Select NVIDIA Control Panel
- Click Manage 3D Settings from the left menu
- Under the Global Settings tab, click the drop-down menu for Preferred graphics processor
- Select High-performance NVIDIA processor from the list
- Click Apply to save the changes

That's something else i had already tried i checked it again tried setting individual program to that as well and it still is black.
