Hi

my game is at 5 - 15 fps, with a mid-range PC, I tried all the graphic parameters nothing done there for info

I have a gtx 960 medium oc

an i5 6600k not oc

8gb of ram no oc 

I put the game in windowed and then launch the task manager my CPU was at 100% use and my GPU 20%...
