What happens for you?

Only in Multiplayer i have lags, so much that i literally can´t play it.

Where do you see this issue?

My FPS are dropping from 144 to 60 then to 30 and up to 144 again.

If you monitor your PC performance, what do you see for CPU and GPU usage?

CPU = 70% , GPU = 60%, that is pretty normal for Games that run on Ultra for me.

Please attach your dxdiag info. This will have critical software and hardware information.
