Hey David,

I just got the game yesterday and i love it but my CPU hits 100% and my FPS looks high on the fps counter but i keep getting stuttering, which make the game hard to play and really enjoy

fyi i have a i5 6600K GTX 1060 6gb and 16 gb of ram 

I turned the graphics to low and this didn't do anything for me 

i tried the clean boot too and that didn't do much

would be really great if there was more indepth options in the graphics settings
