PC performance info gathering thread.

• What precisely happens for you?
  very low, nearly unplayable fps in turf takeover(5-15) unpleasantly low fps in pve zones and giddy park (15-25)
  
  
• Where do you see this issue? If it only occurs in certain modes or regions, please list them.
  mentioned above, very poor performance in all regions and modes
  
  
• If you monitor your PC performance, what do you see for CPU and GPU usage?
  100% at all times while running the game

If you go to the World Options (the globe at the exit to your hub), does swapping the world to Private or Private with AI change anything?
the performance is slightly improved, but this only affects giddy park

If you restart with a Clean Boot and just launch the game, does that have any effect?
unfortunately not

If any graphics/options tweaks had an impact for you.
i have only played with a custom graphics setting, with every setting set to minimum and all optional performance-affecting settings turned off. the aforementioned performance is with this minimum setup


my pc is relatively old and not that strong to begin with, but this game shouldn't run this poorly when i can run GW2 at a consistent 60+ fps with no hiccups. very hopeful for this game, but i can barely play it right now. really hoping for optimization improvements soon.
