Plants to Zombies: Neighborville: Switch from Plants to Zombies in single playe

How do I switch from Plants to Zombies on single player mode on P vs. Z: Neighborville?

I want to play as Zombies offline in the story mode.  How do I do that?

    @Bghnbbbghgf go on zombies side, and look for pve regions. (respawn click triangle/y)

      I am really new to the game.  What are pve regions?

      When I go to Giddy Park and switch, then I leave Giddy Park to story mode, it keeps switching back.
