Plants versus zombies garden warfare 2 deluxe edition full game, missing bonus

Hello, 2 weeks ago I bought the Plants versus zombies gw2 deluxe edition full game for PlayStation 4 and unfortunately, I don't have access to the extra DLC content, I have access only to the base game.

Prior to this, I owned the base game on disc and perhaps this caused an error or a bug because If I wanted to play with the digital edition I was forced to delete the disc version and maybe that caused a problem with claiming the bonus content ☹️

I already contacted the PlayStation email support and the EA chat support, both sadly both of them were impotent ☹️. 

What should I do?
