Plants Vs Zombies Garden Warfare 2 no servers or anyone playing?

@MaddogNutty1969 I guess server issues. There have been significant server issues on and off for the past couple of months (years?).
Yesterday I was playing in the North American East servers with full games on Turf Takeover. But tonight, I am experiencing the same as you, empty Wallnut Hills maps...

This issue can happen when daily servers restarts after crashing issues. After the restart those servers can show as being empty but it shouldn't last long.

Hi @EA_Cath Thanks for replying to @MikeyJohn2 & @MaddogNutty1969 I'm afraid there could be a little more going on than that, though.
I'm a long-time, regular player with a friend on European servers & for months there have been loading problems - starting with error msgs saying trouble connecting to EA servers & to check your own connections - if you disregard this & continue trying, you will eventually get in, but it may take 2 or 3 attempts and this is every single time you try to load - not just occasional problems. (A similar thing is also happening in GW1 & there you eventually get in & it appears that your player level has been reset to 1, until you opt to start a multiplayer game when your level details & inventory return).
Then for the past week, we have had the empty lobbies, unable to find any European ones at all - and again, this has been every single time we try to enter a multiplayer game & every game mode, regardless of time of day or evening. During this time, my friend & I have ended up playing on America East servers, as it was available with least ping but yesterday we had the empty lobbies on there as well & ended up on America West servers.
I've experienced many issues in PVZ GW2 over the years & come to expect occasional hiccups, but this is unusual in being so persistent - has there actually been some kind of server reduction for the game?

@EA_Cath Thanks for responding. But how about the "Failed to find a match" errors that have been increasing over the last week or so across all regional servers. Please look into this as multiplayer is broken again.
