Plants Vs Zombies Garden Warfare 2, Sticker Gifts not opening PC

When ever I try to open my 28 gifts it Freezes on Stocking The Sticker Shop, like it just continues to load it but doesn't let me back out of it and just never gives me the gifts, I can get into the ...

Is there any chance you ever found a solution for this issue? I am experiencing the same thing on my Xbox just trying to collect the "gifts" that I paid for, and it just freezes and won't give them to me, rather frustrating to be honest. Then of course, EA clearly does not care whatsoever because I have tried and clearly other people like you have also tried posting it on here and there has been no solution to fix the issue...

    @batmanbw02 have the same issue now and nobody from ea is helping so.... trying to get a refund now. such a mess
