Playstation4 pre-order deluxe content for PSN sub-account?

Hi, The pre-order deluxe content is available in the mailbox for the main PSN account, but not in the mailbox for the PSN sub-account actually used to play the game....  The characters and loyalty ...

    I asked around, the way it works on PS4 is the pre-order content is allotted to one account only, which I suppose defaults it to the main account.

First, thank you for asking around. Second, the answer you got makes no sense. The content should be assigned to the installation, allowing any account (main or sub) to claim it.

    Im just passing what I was told but I will for sure go back and ask some other people to make sure this is how it works and see if theres anything we can do
