Hey @ErolSOK,
Are you still experiencing this issue?
Can you try restoring the game licenses in your PS4 Settings, and doing a hard reset on your Console?
Select Settings > Account Management > Restore Licenses, then fully turn off your Console for 30 seconds or so, and turn it back on.
Let us know if this helps.
Thanks 🙂

Tried this solution w/o it working.
I also deleted and re-install game and still have the same issue with the story mode store. If I exit store then try to reconnect the game blue screens.
my kid is pretty upset cuz he uses the store for maps, etc and can’t access it.
My son is also having trouble with this problem on his account on the PS4. The taco/marshmallow/badge stores are empty, and the characters (Sgt Peel and Otto Do) act as if the store is out of items. A message is at the top of the store screen saying "0% EA Access discount applied", though we are not EA Access members. This message doesn't appear on my account, and I can buy from the stores just fine. If we're playing split screen, I can access the stores as usual too. This makes it hard to get all the treasure because he can't buy the gnome and treasure markers. The game also crashes after he tries to access the store. (Error code CE-34878-0)
I forgot to mention that I also tried the above actions to restore licenses and that didn't work for me either.
I’m just wondering if this is working as intended. Very same as above poster but my kid used to be able to access the store fine but now cannot.

Hey, this is being looked into, as I understand it's an unintended restriction on underage accounts.
I’ve got exactly the same issue. I can access on my profile but my sone cannot.
I saw the message from the EA manager so tried (with fingers crossed) disabling all child restrictions but unfortunately this didn’t work.
