[PS4] CRASHING WHEN LOADING UP SINCE PATCH

Hey Andy

Having same issues on PS4 since update today 8/3/16 only affecting PSN account cjmdog which was logged in at time of update. The other household accounts 3 in total all work fine.

Tried uninstalling & reinstalling but same problem on cjmdog account.

UK user.

Hope we get the good news its fixed soon.

PSN: suprc4. It is not fixed. I opened it with update at 3:50 PM. (America East)

Hi Andy, I'm having the same problems with this game and have lost all faith in the Helpline, when I try to play Plants vs Zombies it says I need to be connected to the EA servers and dosent load, it's been 2 weeks now and we are fed up!! Can you help please??
