Purchased 2,500,000 Coins Pack – Coins disappeared after buying one Sticker Pack

Hello everyone,

I am having an issue with Plants vs. Zombies: Garden Warfare 2 on PC.

I purchased the 2,500,000 Coins Pack through the EA App. The coins were added to my account successfully.

After buying one Sticker Pack for 75,000 coins, almost all of my remaining coins disappeared. I should have had around 2.4 million coins left, but my balance dropped to almost zero.

I restarted the game several times, restarted my PC, waited more than 24 hours, and contacted EA Support. I followed all the troubleshooting steps they suggested, but the problem is still there.

Has anyone experienced the same issue? If so, did you find a solution or did EA restore your missing coins?

I have screenshots and proof of purchase if needed.

    Irmão, eu tive o mesmo problema, eu fiquei 3 dias inteiros batendo cabeça com o suporte da EA, mas nada resolveu, eu comprei pela steam o pacote e consegui receber um estorno, eles simplesmente não atualizam mais jogo. Resumindo, peça reembolso antes que o tempo acabe pois é um bug que não há solução.
