PvZ 2 - The level of ignoring players' customers is hard by EA

I'm writing this message on behalf of many players who are being ignored by EA. PvZ 2 is currently unplayable due to your incompetence! The servers and their management have been taken over by hackers, and there's been no response from you. From the players' perspective, it's not the hackers' fault (we don't care if you can't/won't fix it). We pay you, not the hackers, and we have a contract with you guaranteeing a product free from such flaws, and in this case, the product is failing to fulfill its primary purpose. By your silence, you admit that you can be deceived, impersonated, and, more importantly, you demonstrate that they control the resources you offer to customers, preventing us from using the product. To call you incompetent is an understatement.
