Community Manager@DorieTruong You can go into the in-game settings through the Help section and fill out a ticket, or use the following:
Go to Help.ea.com and select the following
- Select the Games Support tab
- Select EA App or EA account
- Select See all help topics
- Select one of the account issues like I cannot log in
- You may get a pop-up that says login and get faster help
- Select Continue without logging in
- Add your player ID from within the game and all relevant information on your account
