If you purchased the game through Origin, you don't need to enter any codes to play.
Have you disabled the Origin in-game Overlay in the Launcher? Go to Origin, Application Settings, More, and Origin in-game to make sure it's disabled.
I would also try doing a clean uninstall/reinstall of the game, if possible.

@iluminatethesky I've tried to do that now when I launch Origin it says "Well that didn't go as planned. Origin encountered an issue loading this page. Please try reloading it - if that doesn't work, restart the client or try again later."
But I dont think that solved it, because imo that's just Origin launching and not opening the PvZBfN page.

If you're having issues with Origin, try uninstalling/reinstalling the client.

Thanks for the heads up.
So Origin works, and you're able to launch Battle for Neighborville now?
