PVZ Garden Warfare 2: Stuck on News Letter Screen

A while ago i bought PVZ Garden Warfare 2 Frosty edition and My game is loading up fine but I get stuck on the news letter screen and can’t close the news letter out. I try pressing the back button and It doesn’t work and I’ve tried pressing other buttons to close it out. The game behind the news letter is loaded and I just can’t close out of the news letter. Also the mouse i’m using is on and working

Yes. I’ve tried restarting my whole computer and when I started it back up again and loaded into the game i’m still stuck on the screen

@princess053105 Attempt uninstalling and then reinstalling your game, it may make some sort of difference.
