PvZ Garden Warfare loads normally but mouse and keyboard are not responding

si tienen el problema que no detecta el mouse y el teclado lo que tikenen que hacer es abrir EA App ,  luego buscar el juego en la Bliblioteca y darle clic en gestionar y lo siguiente es darle en ver propiedades ahora pegan este comando donde dice opciones avanzadas de dice:         -RenderDevice.IntelMinDriverVersion 100.1000
